Hochreine Lote für alle
Ob für Ihre Anwendung im Wellenlöten, Reflowlöten oder im HAL-Verfahren – passende Elektroniklote bietet Ihnen FELDER Löttechnik. Wir produzieren eine große Vielfalt an Bleifrei-Legierungen von 0 bis 4,0 % Silberanteil. Unsere Lote ISO-Tin Sn100Ni+®, ISO-Tin Sn99Ag+®, ISO-Tin Sn98Ag+®, ISO-TinSn96Ag+® und ISO-Tin Sn95Ag+® sind patentierte und optimierte Weiterentwicklungen der herkömmlichen Sn99,3Cu0, 7 Ni-Legierungen mit den bekannten hervorragenden Eigenschaften. Das „+“ der NiGe-Elektroniklote steht für die Legierung mit Germanium. Diese verbessert Benetzungseigenschaften und Zugfestigkeit der Lötstellen. Kupferabtrag und die Entstehung von Schrumpfungsrissen werden reduziert.

Für unsere ISO-Tin-Elektroniklote® werden nur reinste Zinnsorten und Legierungsmetalle aus genau festgelegten Erzeugerländern verwendet. Diese Vorauswahl an extrem reinen Legierungsbestandteilen garantiert eine immer gleich bleibende Qualität mit sehr geringer Neigung zur Krätzebildung.

Wir liefern unsere feinsten, flussmittelgefüllten ISO-Core® Lötdrähte im Durchmesser von 0,25 bis 7,00 mm sowie unsere hervorragenden ISO-Cream® SMD-Weichlotpasten in verschiedensten Legierungen zum Reflowlöten. Korngröße und Viskosität der Lotpasten sind individuell einstellbar. Die FELDER Elektronikflussmittel ISO-Flux® für den Wellenlötprozess sind ebenfalls in vielfältiger Ausführung und unterschiedlichen Gebindegrößen verfügbar. Eine unserer Kernkompetenzen ist die Entwicklung von innovativen Produkten für kundenspezifische Anwendungsprozesse und -techniken.

High purity solders for all application requirements

Whether you work with wave solders, reflow solders or even the HAL process, FELDER Löttechnik has the electronic solders you need. We produce a wide range of lead-free alloys ranging from 0 to 4.0 % silver content. Our solders ISO-Tin Sn100Ni+®,
ISO-Tin Sn99Ag+®, ISO-Tin Sn98Ag+®, ISO-TinSn96Ag+® and ISO-Tin Sn95Ag+® are patented and optimised enhancements of the traditional Sn99,3Cu0, 7 Ni alloys with their famous outstanding characteristics. The “+” of the NiGe electronic solders stands for alloy with germanium. This improves the moistening characteristics and tensile strength of the soldering joints. Copper abrasion and the appearance of shrinking cracks are reduced.

We only use the purest types of tin and alloys from specific manufacturing countries for our ISO-Tin electronic solders. This selection of extremely pure alloy components guarantees consis-tently high quality with a very low development of solder dross.

We supply our finest, flux-filled ISO-Core® solder wire in diameters ranging from 0.25 to 7.00 mm and our outstanding ISO-Cream® SMD soft solder pastes in the various alloys for reflow solders. The grit size and viscosity of the solder pastes are individually variable. FELDER electronic fluxes ISO-Flux® for the wave soldering process are also available in various versions and different packaging sizes. One of our core competencies is the development of innovative products for customer-specific application processes and techniques.
